Bob served on the Board of the CDD during its initial development phase and while representing Fairfield Resorts, development rights for 48 acres and approximately 1,600 vacation ownership units were secured.  Over time, the property has become a sought after mixed use development property showcasing Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, Wyndham Grand Orlando Hotel, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, a 250,000 sq ft convention center and the 18 hole Waldorf Astoria Golf Club.
